Hello Portlanders and other friends.  This is my very first post.  It's been a wild windy day on Portland with heavy seas shifting stones on Chesil Beach.

The first thing I saw when I looked out of the window was blue paint poured all over the car across the road.  Jamie thought it was a "domestic" but it was uncomfortably close to our car.  Sue and her dog Freddie came by with half a dozen eggs from her garden a few houses away.  We're glad to say we use up very few air miles on buying eggs.
